The driver, Leandr, also kept me informed of his projected arrival, and arriving as promised. He went above and beyond to make sure the boat and its contents were secured and ready for transport. Leandr was very patient, answering my questions, and easing my anxiety. My 35-year old boat and trailer were not an easy or routine hook-up! Leandr skillfully evaluated the problem and quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. He truly did avert a potential catastrophe!
